10 GOLDEN RULES TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE

YOU MUST BELIEVE THAT:

  1. Once I decide to change, I will feel the changes around me.

  2. There is always a better way to do things, even after several better ways of

  3. doing things.

  4. I can achieve a reasonably stretchable goal, if I am truthful to my

  5. competencies while doing so.

  6. I must feel confident whatever may be the situation.

  7. What I have to do today should not be kept for tomorrow.

  8. Right belongs to others too, and not only my prerogative.

  9. I have to let others talk and I listen.(Usage of simple language while talking

  10. is important)

  11. Body language can hurt others feelings and I have to be aware of it.

  12. Reading books are the best way to widen my horizon of knowledge.

  13. Habits that can decay my health, must be stopped. I must create space for physical and mental renewal.
