Baburaj V Nair
Baburaj Nair (F.IoD, PCC- ICF) is the Chief Mentor of P2B Consulting. He is currently a business/people advisor to a few companies in India and abroad and a Leadership Transformation Coach. He is a Fellow of Institute of Directors. He has around 3 decades of exposure in Engineering-Textile, Auto, Electrical, and Projects; Agriculture - Plantations, Seed; Media: Print, Digital​. Part of Advisory Board Member in 3 Educational Institutions in South India; and was part of the Advisory Board of the Primary Education of Aga Khan International (one of the largest and richest NGOs in the world) . ​He had closely worked with International Consultancy such as Gallup, Mercer, Boston Consulting, Watson Wyatt, and Commonwealth and British High Commission professionals in Social Sector. He had worked with Reliance,Crompton Greaves, Eicher Volvo, Harrisons Malayalam, Rasi Group, and the Hindu Group of Publications; Academy of HRD (as Dy. Director- Social Development Centre) at senior positions reporting to the Board/Managing Director.

He was guest faculty/key note speaker/panelist /Chief Guest for premier institutes in India and Institutions like CII, NIPM, NHRDN, ISTD, AIMA, ICT Academy, Delhi Public School, DC School of Management. He was the National Executive Secretary of National HRD Network, Associate Editor of HRD Newsletter, Vice Chairman of Indian Society of Training and Development, Cochin Chapter, Selection Panel Member of the first integrated Techno- management program of NMIMS, Mumbai.

A graduate in Economics, and Law, he did his post graduation in PM&IR and a diploma in Marketing. He has undergone training under Dr. Kathleen Dannemiller, USA, Prof. Wayne Brockbank, Michigen University, Boston, Prof.Keith Bradley.

Ramesh B Nair ​With a career spanning 30+ years across Coaching and Information Technology, Ramesh is a seasoned Leadership Coach specializing in guiding C-Suite Executives, Emerging Leaders, Entrepreneurs, Change Makers, and NGOs globally. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified Senior Practitioner by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), he brings a holistic and sustainable approach to executive coaching
